Another big hurdle in the quest for gold has been cleared. As of this past weekend, I’ve completely moved into the new apartment.

I’ve been on a steady diet of crow since openly rooting for Philadelphia in the Super Bowl. I picked the Eagles to win by a touchdown. Instead, for the third time in four years, the Patriots win the big game.

Yes, I realize I’m a couple of days late on this topic. Pre-marital matters have taken precedent over the last several days.

By now, I should’ve been in Meridian to spend the night and marking a head start to a long road trip to Guin, Alabama.

I’ve had the last couple of days off from work. Yesterday was my (mumbles)th birthday and Cindy and I celebrated with family and friends.
