By now, I should’ve been in Meridian to spend the night and marking a head start to a long road trip to Guin, Alabama.
Only one problem — torrential rain and a tornado watch. Nothing severe here — yet. But, I’d rather play it safe than sorry and hit the road tomorrow.
Earlier this week, Cindy left for Tupelo to go looking for wedding dress material. We’re due to meet up in Alabama tomorrow.
Possibly this will be the last entry for ’04. The new year ahead includes marriage, Rock 104’s tenth anniversary and goodness knows what else.
Can’t wait to welcome a new year — but I also can’t wait to spend Christmas with Cindy, relatives and future in-laws.
