Cindy and I attended our last wedding before we tie the knot.
Daniel Barton, a News 7 reporter, married the lovely Jenna last night at Temple Baptist. Very beautiful and traditional ceremony — complete with the lighting of the unity candle which will be a part of our wedding in 13 days.
It was a little hard to hear the goings-on in the chapel. But, if I understood the officiating minister correctly, he married Daniel’s parents three decades ago.
There’s not much left on the “to-do” list before we capture the gold once and for all. Next weekend marks our last shower.
Finally, I’m already going through Amazing Race withdrawl. En route to the Old Time Fest yesterday, I saw a “detour” sign and thought it was choice between two tasks — each with its own pros and cons.
