Yesterday started a weekend of wedding-related activities — ours and others’.
It started Friday at lunch as Rock 104 and its sister stations threw Cindy and me a wedding shower (number 2 in a series; collect all 4!). We took home some nice gifts — and were stuffed. The chicken was excellent — and we got some useful items, dinner plates mostly, for our place. It probably goes without saying — but I’ll say it anyway; best…part-time gig…EVAH!
Today, some friends are getting hitched. “Biker Dave” Tufts marries Kim later this afternoon. Tonight, it’s on to Denise Hrdlica’s wedding — when she unites in holy matrimony with Josh.
Then in only five weeks — it our turn! 🙂
