More or less, I’m going to maintain my usual work schedule this Memorial Day weekend.
Saturday, I’ll be off as usual. Might sleep in.
Sunday’s the radio show. This marks the first “day before Memorial Day” version of RockTrax since our loss of NASCAR. That means I won’t have to sweat through a 12-hour day between progress reports on the Indy 500 and monitoring the network feed of the Coca-Cola 600.
Monday, I’ll produce the morning show — but leave after The Today Show cut-ins. Time-and-a-half, baby!
Well, I actually get Monday paid for once. Never have had that before. But I’m probably going in to work on Saturday, because I have some things to do …
