Senator Lott as chancellor at Ole Miss makes sense (Robert Khayat has plans to retire). No matter what he does, he'll be a success. As for Coach Bower, I just sense the powers that be were hungry for bigger and better things, they're hungry now and they felt they weren't getting anything from Coach Bower. In talking about him with my dad earlier, I noted there were some things out of Coach Bower's control this season -- most notably injuries at QB and an assistant coach, Jay Hopson, who's battling cancer. I hope he is offered the job AS Chancelor at ole Miss.He could really make positive changes there.
