With this being Crime Victims’ Rights Week, I want to give a thumb’s up to a former radio co-worker.
Wendy Wiggs, formerly of KZ94.3 here in the Pine Belt, was one of four crime victims’ advocates honored this week at the state Capitol. Wendy recently left “the biz” to pursue this interest and to spend time with her children.
Also, a quick howdy to Wendy’s husband Cory — as well as Tom Freeman and Jason Garrett. I’ve worked with them all before at Rock 104 and its sister stations (KZ among them) and they’re all holding down the fort up in Jackson at US96.3.
